Weatherly Area School District is located in Carbon County in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Our district covers approximately 100 square miles and serves approximately 640 students. Our campus consists of a PreK-8 building, a 9-12 High School, and numerous athletic fields. Our buildings and campus are attractive and well maintained thanks to the hard work of our maintenance staff. We also receive tremendous support from the Weatherly PTA, Booster Clubs, and the Weatherly High School Alumni Association. Weatherly Area has a proud history of excellence in academics. We offer our many course electives, honors and AP classes as well as a Dual Enrollment program in which students can earn college credits. Our buildings are equipped with the latest educational technologies including Promethean boards, Epson interactive projectors, HP Chromebooks, Apple iPads and Apple Macbooks.

Pre-K Counts 

Weatherly Area School District would like to announce that we still have available openings in the Pre- K Counts Program. Any student that is 31/2 by September 1, 2025 and falls within the income guidelines may apply. Applications may be picked up at the Elementary Office Monday thru Friday 8:00 am - 3:30pm.
