Recording a greeting for your phone

• Enter the password for your voicemail box.
• Press 0 to get to the main menu.
• Press 4, or G, to go to the Greetings menu.
• Press 7, or R, to record a a new greeting.
• After that, the voicemail system will prompt you on what actions to take.
• Hang up when completed.

Recording a new name for your phone

• Enter the password for your voicemail box.
  
• Press 0 to get to the main menu.
  
• Press 7 then 6 or, R then N, to get to the Record Mailbox Name option.
  
• Press 7, or R, to record a new name.
  
• Follow the remainder of the instructions and hang up the phone when complete.
